Here are some pics of me making my new organic garden and what the final garden looks like. I have no idea if it will actually produce anything, but I am quite proud of myself for being able to make it! My smallest child has already picked a lot of the basil but I hoping it is hardy enough to survive a toddler.

Welcome to organic gardening! My basil needs A LOT of water. It always looks thirsty. What else did you plant? I worked so hard starting tomatoes from seeds this year. They all died. Then when we were weeding the garden we noticed all these tomato plants. Guess just tilling up the garden naturally planted the seeds from the rotten tomatoes last year. Geesh! And I was actually trying to work! :)
